Between20 to 30 years old, a license architect is an advantage

Must know how to draft architectural plan,working drawings, plumbing , electrical, structural and mechanical plan..

Must know how to draft perspective using 3d max or sketch up..

Must be honest , hardworking and willing to be mentored.
